Information collected

The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number, requested service, event date and ready-by time, travel preference, and how you heard about HibaaxBeauty. If you request travel to your location, it also asks for the appointment address. Notes are optional.

How the information is used

Hiba Iqbal, Owner and Makeup Artist, uses these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability and service logistics, and coordinate an appointment if you decide to book. The referral-source answer helps HibaaxBeauty understand how clients find the business. Please keep notes relevant to your appointment and do not include sensitive information that is not needed for it.

Service providers and email

The website and booking endpoint use Cloudflare Workers. Booking submissions are sent to HibaaxBeauty by email through Resend, which also sends the automated confirmation when delivery succeeds. Resend states that its primary processing operations take place in the United States, so inquiry information may be processed outside Canada.
